1. All Used Machinery – For Sale by Kevin Kirby Limited

• All used machinery is offered for sale by Kevin Kirby Ltd with no warranty given or implied.*


• Used machines are sold as seen and inspected by the purchaser.


• Customers are advised to obtain an independent engineer’s report prior to purchase.


• Kevin Kirby Ltd is not liable for information provided by third-party inspectors engaged by the purchaser.


• *Warranty terms may be negotiated but will incur additional cost.

2. New Machinery – Eyre Header Trailers

• Kevin Kirby Ltd distributes the following Eyre Combine Header Trailer models:
  • T1 (22ft – 30ft)
  
  
  • T2 (25ft – 41ft)
  
  
  • T3 (15ft – 25ft)
  
  
  • T4 (15ft – 35ft)
  
  


• Trailers must be inspected by the purchaser on collection or delivery.


• New units include a season’s warranty from Eyre Trailers Ltd, Coldham Road, Coningsby, Lincolnshire, LN4 4SE.


• The warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not Kevin Kirby Ltd.

3. Title of Goods

• All goods remain the property of Kevin Kirby Ltd until full payment has been received.

4. Conditions of Sale

• Once title passes to the purchaser, insurance liability also transfers to them. Kevin Kirby Ltd does not insure goods after ownership changes.
